Before placing your wholesale order please make sure you thoroughly read through these Wholesale Terms and Conditions.

By using this website and or placing a wholesale order, you are bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions without notice.  Any changes made to our Terms and Conditions will apply to any subsequent orders received.

PRE-ORDERS

We offer pre-ordering for new season Hultquist Copenhagen Jewellery.  Arrival time can be three to six weeks and depends on when your order falls within our import cycle and production in Denmark.  You are always welcome to check with us on our import cycle by calling (1300 677 271) or emailing us at sales@hultquist-copenhagen.com.au

Placement of pre-orders is confirmation that you have read and understood the following:

Pre-order means you are ordering styles not in stock.

A 30% deposit may be requested on pre-orders.

Orders are considered final once deposit is received.

We cannot accept any cancellations of your order once you have placed it due to stock commitments with our head office in Denmark.

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.  These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reason beyond our control.

Minimum order requirement for pre-ordered styles:

Two pieces of each style/each colour for semi precious/costume jewellery collection.

One piece of each style/each colour for sterling silver/18K gold plated jewellery collection.

Minimum order quantity for first up order for styles on PRE-ORDER is $750.00 ex gst/ex freight.

STOCK ON HAND

A selection of ‘stock on hand’ styles are available to our wholesale customers.  Stock for these styles is low.  For many styles in these categories we are down to the last one or two pieces.  Please note that there are NO minimum order requirements for these styles.  An invoice will be emailed to you for payment and once payment is received, your order will be shipped.

Please note:  Stock on hand styles ordered with pre-order styles will be sent within our normal shipping terms.  Pre-order styles will be sent separately upon arrival.

Prices

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices shown in this wholesale portal are wholesale prices.

Australian orders are subject to 10% GST.

We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time unless prior invoiced.

Shipping

Freight will be added to all orders.

Australia:  All freight within Australia will be sent via a tracking service provided by Australia Post and will be charged according to the size and volume of the order placed.  Delivery of goods from our premises may vary between 1-10 days depending on your location.  Tracking information will be forwarded.

New Zealand:  All freight will be sent via Jet World Wide and will be charged according to the size and volume of the order placed.  Delivery of goods from our premises may vary between 4-10 days depending on your location.  Tracking information will be forwarded.  Custom charges may be applicable, as dictated by the governing bodies of New Zealand.  Custom charges, duties and taxes are not covered in our shipping charges and, if incurred, are payable by the reseller.

Invoice & Payment

Payment for your order is required prior to shipping, unless otherwise agreed by Visora Pty Ltd t/as Hultquist Jewellery Australia.

An invoice will be emailed to you with final cost including freight and GST (if applicable).

Payment options for Australian customers is via Direct Transfer and/or PayPal.

Payment options for New Zealand customers is via PayPal.

Returns & Exchanges

Hultquist-Copenhagen Jewellery is made to a very high standard and due to its delicate nature, products are required to be cared for in an appropriate manner.

Visora Pty Ltd t/as Hultquist Jewellery Australia reserves the right to only accept claims for faulty goods for return if they can prove the goods have a manufacturing fault, or were supplied not in accordance with the resellers order.

Should the reseller wish to make a claim for either of the above reasons, they should contact Visora Pty Ltd t/as Hultquist Jewellery Australia within 5 (five) days of receiving the order to arrange a RA number and RA Form to accompany the items.  Claims will not be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORITY Form.

Returned items are the responsibility of the reseller until received by Visora Pty Ltd t/as Hultquist Jewellery Australia.

Visora Pty Ltd t/as Hultquist Jewellery Australia will replace any items that may have what we consider to be a manufacturing fault, however, if the item is discontinued or out of stock, a credit will be issued.

All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Please note:  Jewellery that has been worn, damaged, mistreated or modified by the final purchaser is not considered a manufacturing fault and most definitely not the responsibility of Visora Pty Ltd t/as Hultquist Jewellery Australia.  Chains, rings & earrings that have been ‘caught & snagged’ are not manufacturing faults and will not be replaced or exchanged.

Due to health regulations, there is no return or exchange on earrings.
