All pricing is in Australia Dollars (AUD). Australian orders are subject to 10% GST. We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
We accept the following payment methods:
PayPal – you can make payments quickly, easily and more securely. Your bank, credit card and personal details are never shared. PayPal helps prevent fraud and offers protection against unauthorised transactions.
Afterpay – introducing a new way to pay. Shop now, pay later. Available for orders being delivered within Australia only.
FOR DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Free shipping Australia wide on orders over $85.00 AUD
For shipping of orders under $85.00 within Australia, a flat rate charge of $10.00 AUD will apply.
All items are sent within Australia via Express Post. Depending on your location, delivery time ranges from 2-5 days up to 7 days in some regional areas. This service provides a tracking number so you can track your order online.
Goods will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you provide a suitable daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am – 5pm.
FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
We ship to a selection of countries globally.
A flat rate of $35.00 AUD applies to all orders outside of Australia.
Delivery is via Australia Post’s Standard International service – taking (approximately) 6+ working days. This service offers a tracking number so you can track your order online.
Goods may require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you provide a suitable daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am – 5pm.
Custom charges may be applicable from time to time, as dictated by the governing bodies of that country. Custom charges, duties and taxes are not covered in our shipping fees and, if incurred, are payable by the customer.
All orders will be shipped from our premises within 2 working days of placing and/or receiving payment for the order.
Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, they will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
Before your order is dispatched, we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition.
We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.
We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be delayed. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
As we endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible, the cancellation of an order can only be accepted if we receive written notice of your intention before the item/s have been dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order.
RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE
This returns policy is only for online purchases made through this online store.
If you have purchased Hultquist-Copenhagen Jewellery from an approved stockist/retailer, then you must visit or contact that store directly with your issue.
Please note that we do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind for online purchases made through this online store.
Before your purchase is shipped, we personally inspect your item/s to ensure that they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition.
Jewellery that has been worn, damaged, mistreated or modified by the purchaser is not considered a manufacturing fault and most definitely not the responsibility of Hultquist-Copenhagen Jewellery Australia. Chains, rings & earrings that have been ‘caught & snagged’ are not manufacturing faults and will not be replaced or exchanged.
We will replace any items that may have what we consider to be a manufacturing fault.
Returns will only be considered for replacement within a period deemed reasonable by us.
Due to health regulations, there is no return or exchange on earrings.
In the unforeseen circumstances that goods should arrive faulty or are incorrect the following procedure should be followed:
Contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of your item/s.
You must notify us by email to obtain a return authority number.
Returns without prior notification and return authority number will not be accepted.
If a replacement or credit is justified, item/s are required to be sent directly back to us and you will then be issued with a replacement item, credit note or refund.
Item/s must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition.
The returned item is your responsibility until it is in our receipt. We recommend that returned item/s be shipped using ‘sign for’ delivery.
